But this dermatology office genuinely exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed, heard, and cared for. The doctor, nurse assistant, and staff were all incredibly empathetic and patient. They listened to every concern without interrupting, rushing, or making me feel like I was taking too much time. I brought up multiple issues during my visit, and instead of telling me to schedule separate appointments, they addressed each one thoroughly and thoughtfully. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and passion for what they do. You can tell this team truly cares about their patients — not just medically, but as people. They explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and never once made me feel like just another appointment on the schedule. The staff was professoinal and very helpful. I didn't have to wait too long to see the Dr. Dr. Kahn was very pleasant and presented the options for treeating my SCCis. He listened to my questions and concerns and answered them thoroughly. He gave me his opinion as to what he thought was best but respected my feelings on the matter. I only wish you had a red light PDT since I think that may be better than the blue light for my type of cancer (SCCis on the cheek).
